Individual Counselling

I invite you to attend an initial exploratory session, we will discuss what has brought you to counselling and what your goals are.
You can also ask any questions you may have about counselling. From there we can consider what would be a suitable and beneficial plan for you and therapy moving forward.
Couples Therapy
1 Hour
£60
Couples initial exploratory sessions work in the same way, however this is will be an opportunity to explore what is going on in your relationship, what expectations you have as individuals and as a couple.
Sessions are centred around curiosity and understanding, there is no place for blame or shame in my practice and I pro actively work with couples to deepen their understanding of their relationship.
